1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Studio Unseen's services and facilities.

1.2 By accessing Studio Unseen's services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Studio Unseen's services if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Services and Facilities

2.1 Studio Unseen provides sample sewing and garment manufacturing services. Clients can access services such as garment design, pattern making, sample development, garment manufacturing, screen printing, embroidery, label printing, and print/surface design.

2.2 All services are subject to availability, and Studio Unseen reserves the right to refuse service to any client without providing a reason.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Clients must book services in advance through the provided channels (website, email, or in-person booking).

3.2 A deposit of 50% of the total project cost, covering material costs and labor, is required to secure a booking. The remainder is due before or upon collection of the completed goods.

3.3 Payments are accepted via bank transfer (BACS). All details for payment will be provided upon booking.

4. Order Collection and Storage

4.1 Clients are responsible for collecting completed orders promptly. A clause in the contract specifies that items not collected within a specified timeframe may be resold by Studio Unseen.

4.2 Studio Unseen is not responsible for the storage of client items beyond the agreed collection period.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Studio Unseen retains intellectual property rights for any original designs or creations developed during the course of a project.

5.2 Clients may negotiate licensing agreements for the use of specific designs beyond the completion of a project.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Studio Unseen agrees not to disclose any confidential information provided by the client during the course of a project.

6.2 Clients are responsible for clearly identifying any information they consider confidential.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Clients must adhere to all health and safety regulations while on Studio Unseen premises.

7.2 Studio Unseen is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur due to client negligence.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

8.1 Studio Unseen reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2 Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Studio Unseen's services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
